What we collect
When you use NaijaMarket Ghana we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and delivery address when you place an order, and any messages you send to sellers. We also record basic usage data, such as the pages you visit, to keep the marketplace working well.
How we use it
Your details are used to pass orders to the right seller, arrange delivery or pickup, send you order updates, and answer support requests. Sellers only ever see the information they need to fulfil your order.
Payments
Online checkout payments are processed by Paystack, our licensed payment provider. Your payment details go straight to Paystack; we do not store your card details or mobile money PIN on this platform. Where a seller has a settlement account, Paystack's split-payment feature transfers the seller's share to them automatically and we keep our stated commission; only your order details and payment reference are stored by us.
Sharing and storage
We never sell your personal information. Data is stored securely and kept only as long as needed to operate your account and meet legal requirements. You can request deletion of your account and its data at any time from your profile.
